Immersive Productions Group of Georgia, LLC ("we", "us") operates salengine.io (the "Service"). This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights. We act as the data controller of personal data about our account holders and website visitors.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, hashed password, authentication provider identifiers.
Content you upload: contacts, templates, email messages, notes, and other data you or your team enter into the Service.
Usage & device data: pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
Support data: messages you send us and their attachments.
Integration data: if you connect a mailbox (e.g., Outlook), we access message metadata and content you authorize.

Payment card data is collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure your account and provide the Service (legal basis: contract);
To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests);
To improve the Service and diagnose issues (legitimate interests);
To respond to support requests (contract / legitimate interests);
To send service announcements and, where permitted, marketing (consent or legitimate interests; opt-out anytime);
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tooling, bound by data-processing terms.
Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Inc. and its affiliates handle checkout, subscription management, invoicing, and tax compliance. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and insurance advisers under confidentiality.
Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
In a business transfer: if we merge, are acquired, or sell assets, subject to this notice.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

We and our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administration — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Users in the UK/EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact us through the in-app support channel. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within one month).

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break the Service.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
