We want you to be happy with salengine.io. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll issue it back to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in one of two ways:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, then click "Request refund"; or
Contact our support team from inside the app and we'll help you.

Renewals

For subscription renewals after the first term, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Cancel anytime from your billing page to prevent future renewals.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
